Refund policy:

Full refunds can be issued up to July 31, 2024. Refunds will not be issued after this date.
You can upgrade your Dance/Music Pass to a Full Weekend Pass at any time, but cannot downgrade for a refund.
Competition fees cannot be transferred, but can be refunded up to the day before the event (August 15, 2024).
Passes can be transferred to another person or applied to future Summer Swing Fest events/progressives, but this must be done so by emailing summerswingfest@gmail.com before August 9, 2024, and the transfer will be valid for up to one year after the event (August 18, 2025), before expiring.
