Refund policy:

Full refunds (100%) can be issued up to July 29, 2026.
Partial refunds (50%) can be issued up to August 4, 2026. Refunds will not be issued after this date.
You can upgrade your Dance Pass to a Full Weekend Pass at any time, but cannot downgrade for a refund.
Competition entries can be transferred at any time, but can only be refunded until August 13, 2026.
Competition fees will not be refunded after this date, regardless of circumstance.
If you are unable to attend, your purchased pass can be transferred to the following year, but you may be subject to fee differences if prices change. Transfer inquiries must be sent on or before August 13, 2026 and can only be used one time.
Purchased passes can be transferred to another person, but this must be done so by emailing summerswingfest@gmail.com on or before August 7, 2026.
