Refund policy:

Full refunds (minus 5% processing fee) can be issued up to July 14, 2026.
Partial refunds (50%) can be issued up to August 4, 2026. Refunds will not be issued after this date.
You can upgrade your Dance Pass to a Full Weekend Pass at any time, but cannot downgrade for a refund.
Competition entries can be transferred at any time, but can only be refunded until August 13, 2026.
Competition fees will not be refunded after this date, regardless of circumstance.
If you are unable to attend, your purchased pass can be deferred to the following year, but you may be subject to fee differences if prices change. Inquiries must be sent on or before August 13, 2026 and can only be used one time.
Starting in 2026, we will not accept requests to transfer passes due to an influx of spammy Facebook posts in 2025. If someone is trying to sell a ticket, do not send them money. Summer Swing Fest is not responsible for fraudulent transactions.
